Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- In new, unused condition
- In the original packaging
- Returned within 15 days of delivery
Return Process
You can return items by mail or in-store (if applicable).
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at help@truftrek.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide you with a free return label (included in your package).
- Ship the item back within 15 days of receiving it.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
- You’ll receive an email notification confirming your refund.
Please note:
- We do not charge any restocking fees.
- Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product or another item of equal value.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items such as worn, damaged, or used products may not be eligible for return.
